Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the realities of floral care. 1. Order Cancellation Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is made at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to the appointment qualify for a 50% refund. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery or pickup are non-refundable, as arrangements are typically prepared in advance. 2. Custom and Special Arrangements Custom or special occasion floral orders, such as wedding bouquets or event centerpieces, require more preparation time. Cancellations for these must be made at least 7 days in advance to be eligible for a 60% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 6 days of the scheduled delivery. 3. Quality Concerns If you receive flowers that are damaged, wilted, or not as described, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery or pickup. We may request photos to assess the situation. Verified issues will be resolved with either a replacement arrangement or a partial/full refund, depending on availability. 4. Delivery Issues If delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, no refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. 5. Missed Pickups Orders not collected within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are considered abandoned. Refunds are not available for missed pickups. 6. Refund Processing Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and returned through the original payment method.
